    This was what we called a race car solution – grow the engine so it can breathe better and more efficiently. The previous gas engine was great, but that wasn't enough. So we gave the E85-capable 6.2L engine bigger pistons, bigger intake and exhaust valves, and a larger engine bore diameter. Bigger displacement results in best-in-class torque and 385 horsepower.* But we don't stop there. The 6.2L V8 is standard on F-350.

  • Integrated Trailer Brake Controller

    Super Duty® offers the first available factory-installed, fully integrated Trailer Brake Controller (TBC) in a full-size truck, so there are no installation hassles or aftermarket worries. Integrated with the ABS and Trailer Sway Control, TBC synchronizes vehicle and trailer brakes for seamless braking, even with the heaviest loads. TBC is compatible with electrically actuated drum brakes and certain Electric-Over-Hydraulic (EOH) actuated drum or disc brake systems.


  • Air Conditioning – Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (DEATC)

    Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (DEATC) allows the driver and front passenger to set the temperature to suit their individual preferences. This luxury-level feature is standard on Super Duty® Lariat.

When the feature is ON, 911 Assist uses your paired and connected mobile phone to assist occupants to contact emergency services by dialing 911 if your airbag deploys or, on certain vehicles, if the emergency fuel pump shut-off is activated.
